This versatile pan carrier is designed to hold both 1/1 Gastronorm food pans (530 x 325mm) and standard baker’s trays (600 x 400mm). It can accommodate up to 15 pans or trays, making it perfect for kitchens that work with multiple pan sizes. The 80mm spacing between each set of slides provides ample room for food to cool evenly and helps maintain food quality. This spacing also makes it suitable for storing unevenly shaped or taller items without compromising space or airflow.
